We try to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. Information is intended for guidance purposes only and is not intended to form any part of a contract and can be subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or cumulative losses or damages arising from the use of inability to use these pages, any errors, misrepresentations or omissions on the material contained on them.

WARNING
Flametree Wines promotes responsible drinking. Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
Flametree Wines offer free freight on purchases of 12 bottles or more. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your wine is satisfactory condition. Wine is delivered via courier to South West local or Perth metro areas and by Australia Post Wine Service interstate. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. Unless specified, wine will not be left on premises if nobody is at home. A calling card will be left and wine will have to be collected from your local post office. If you have not received wine within 10 working days please contact us. If your wine arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 5 workings days.

If the order is incorrect please contact us and we will happily refund or replace the goods, providing they are returned to Flametree in good condition. Any freight expenses will be covered by Flametree Wines, please contact us to arrange collection.

WINE CLUB
The latest release Flametree Wines Tasting Selection six-pack will be delivered in May/June and September/October each year. The cost is $110.00 per six pack plus postage ($5WA and $15 interstate). This will be debited from your nominated account. There is a minimum membership term of 12 months however membership may be cancelled at any time thereafter by contacting us. Wine Club Members are entitled to up to 20% discount off all other wine purchases.
